I asked the boys a few questions and this is what they had to say…… Raff said “It’s really cool because Jill teaches us new skills and to be safe. If your hat is baggy she will tighten it or if your trousers are baggy she will fold them up and tuck them into your socks. I learnt to zip my coat up otherwise it would get caught and be dangerous. She taught me how to ride up the big hill in the pump track, which made me feel very happy. I liked the other children as they didn’t make fun of me, they were nice children and they thought my helmet was cool! It was great fun because we played this cool game about skidding. She is the best bike teacher ever.” Otto said “I liked Big Henry because he played with me. “Just went to my first Athlefit class in Settle. The key words for this class are accessible and another good one - friendly. The participants work at their own pace in a variety of cleverly put togehter exercises. It is run in a cicuit format and allows maximum interation. Jill is a keen eyed instructor and is very strong on technique. This is a good class for people wanting to start an exercise programme, for people who are fit and want to maintain a level of fitness and is suitable for any age. Recommended!”
