Record turnout at Friday morning ladies Athlefit class
Last week 10 ladies incuding both my Mother with neighbour, Mother-in-law and Aunty turned up. An hours activities were enjoyed by the group whose ages range from late 30’s to over 70, well done great effort girls! Hope to see you next week for more fun in the Drill Hall

A great first morning at a lovely primary school in Melling. All 26 children worked on improving posture and understanding what key points helped to make it good not just in running but in many of our every day activities. The staff made me feel very welcome. Already looking forward to next Monday!

This week we played several new games including Grandmothers footsteps and Out and back where mounting, dismounting and tight turns were well executed by all 14 group members. Some great track stands being shown here by the winner of our go slow game which is all about controllng the bikes at the lowest speed possible.
