Loving the new found use of the sand bags at tonights Parkfit.  3 new ladies including our first teenager Jess who is on a get fit, trim down and shape up mission with her mum Clare.  Lots of smiles and enthusiasm all round.  Please bring the fine weather for next Thursdays session..
